  • Before you get your gear, we’ll give a short instructional briefing to make sure you’re comfortable and ready for the experience.

• What's Not Included

  • Swimwear and towels. If you wear glasses, contact lenses are preferable.
  • Transportation to the meeting location: Please arrange your own transportation to the meeting location.
  • Meals and drinks. Only water is available at our base.
  • Please note that there are no nearby toilets or showers at the site.

  • Age Requirement: None – all ages are welcome.
  • Health Status: Being in good physical.
  • If you have heart conditions or other chronic illnesses, please refrain from participating.

  • Pregnant individuals and those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the event are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.

• What to Bring

  • Swimsuit & Large Towel: Since there are no changing rooms, a large towel will make it easier to change on-site.

• Additional Info

  • Rain or Shine: The tent sauna experience will run even in the rain. However, if rising river levels or weather conditions make it unsafe, the tour may be canceled.
  • Cancellation Notice: Decisions regarding cancellation or changes will be made by approximately 7:00 PM the day before. However, last-minute cancellations may occur due to sudden downpours or other unforeseen circumstances on the day of the event.
